Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for temporary and permanent roles
  • Write and post job adverts across multiple platforms
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Support recruitment across East Anglia and other regions as needed
What We\'re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years\' recruitment experience (agency, in-house, or account management)
  • Experience in Blue Collar or Facilities Management recruitment
  • Strong organisational and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Passion for recruitment, innovation, and process improvement
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel required to Nottingham and other office locations)
