Duties:

Our client requires a temp with proven recruitment assistant/administration experience due to a busy seasonal period, supporting within their Recruitment team:

  • Preparing recruitment and new starter packs
  • Requesting references and qualification checks
  • Carrying out referencing and onboarding checks
  • Planning, organising, and attending recruitment drive events when needed
  • Issuing, collating, and recording interview paperwork
  • Maintaining employee and HR databases
  • Managing calls and emails into the department
  • Ordering stationery, equipment, and consumables
Experience:

The ideal candidate will have proven recruitment experience, be able to juggle a busy workload, and prioritise tasks. Excellent English and IT skills, confidence in communication, and being a strong team player are essential.
