Job Description:

Job Title: Temporary Recruitment Advisor

Location: Watford

Remuneration: Hourly rate from £17.00ph to £18.00ph paid on a weekly basis

Contract Details: Starting ASAP up until Christmas with possible extension into the new year. Monday - Friday 37.5hrs a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit top talent for the organisation
  • Collaborate with line managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
  • Maintain and update job postings on the portal and social media platforms ( Linked-In )
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
  • Keeping the tracker up to date
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Assist in the on boarding process for new hires

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience within sales recruitment
  • Ability to handle a high volume of recruitment tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
