Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist Temporary
Location: Cardiff Central
Pay Rate: £12.45 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) Until September 26th.

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Receptionist to provide cover for a well-known client based in Cardiff Central. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience or take their first step into a receptionist or administrative role.

Working mornings, Monday to Friday, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors delivering a friendly, professional, and helpful service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, taking accurate messages where necessary

  • Manage incoming mail and deliveries

  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable

  • Ensure security procedures are followed for visitors and building access

  • Provide support to the wider team as required
