You will be the brand ambassador for a fast-growing digital enterprise investment firm, who have moved into a beautifully redesigned office with breathtaking views. Working on a dual reception, you will be the go-to person for meeting and greeting, organising the meeting rooms, and being the first point of contact for any issues that arise.

The firm are seeking a Receptionist who is confident, warm, client-facing in their communication, and highly organised. This is an opportunity to join a team that is united and works collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of the office. They want a Receptionist with a can-do attitude who is happy to muck in when needed.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Meeting & Greeting: Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and clients.
  • Meeting Room Coordination: Organising bookings, layouts, and setups to ensure seamless meetings.
  • Day-to-Day Support: Helping with admin and ad hoc tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

You must be a receptionist with a minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience gained within the investment sector or professional services.

This is to cover one month initially – with the potential to become a permanent hire.
