Are you an experienced Receptionist with a flair for first impressions and a passion for providing top-tier service? We’re looking for someone confident, warm, and ready to hit the ground running in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Our client, a rapidly growing digital enterprise investment firm, has moved into stunning, newly renovated offices with panoramic views. They are seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact.

Working in a team of 3, including you, you will be the go-to person for meeting and greeting visitors, organizing meeting rooms, supporting events, and handling any issues that arise.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be approachable, highly organized, and possess a can-do attitude. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Meeting & Greeting: Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and clients.
  • Meeting Room Coordination: Organizing bookings, layouts, and setups for seamless meetings.
  • Day-to-Day Support: Assisting with administrative and ad hoc tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

You must have a minimum of 3 - 6 years of experience as a receptionist within the investment sector or professional services.

This role is initially for one month, with the possibility of permanent hire if successful.
