Temporary Receptionist - Ad-Hoc Cover | Hindhead - Driver required



Are you a polished, professional individual with a warm and welcoming manner? We're looking for a reliable and well presented Receptionist to provide ad-hoc Reception cover at my clients prestigious showroom in Hindhead.


Location: Hindhead, Surrey
Hours: Ad-hoc shifts
Competitive hourly rate of £12.50ph


Key Responsibilities:



  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom, assist with inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.

  • Telephone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, transfer calls to the correct departments, and take messages when necessary.

  • Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and showroom are tidy and presentable at all times.

  • Inventory Management: Keep track of promotional materials and ensure they are readily available for customers.


What We're Looking For:



  • Immaculate personal presentation and excellent communication skills

  • Previous front-of-house or receptionist experience (preferred)

  • Confident, calm, and courteous under pressure

  • Flexible and available at short notice

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic admin tasks
