As the face of the firm, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and colleagues. You’ll manage a busy reception desk with confidence and warmth, while also supporting the wider office team with admin, logistics, and event coordination. Key responsibilities
  • Welcoming clients, visitors, and internal staff with professionalism and warmth
  • Managing the reception area, phone lines, post, couriers, and meeting room bookings
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and client-ready at all times
  • Providing day-to-day support to EAs, office managers, and senior leadership
  • Assisting with internal events, team logistics, and ad hoc admin duties
  • Helping maintain a well-organised, calm and professional front-of-house experience
