Temporary Receptionist
Starting: As soon as possible
Duration: 1 week
Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 6pm
Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour
Based: Edinburgh City Centre

What You'll Do

• Serving as a first point of contact, meeting and greeting all visitors
• Operating a busy switchboard and directing them to the appropriate departments
• Managing and scheduling appointments efficiently
• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
• Booking and set up of meeting rooms
• Ordering catering, stationery and stock when required
• Providing hospitality support at company events and meetings

We would like the person to have

• Previous experience in a Receptionist or Hospitality role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
