We are looking to recruit a Temporary Receptionist to join our wonderful, friendly yet professional client, a management and property consultancy in North London within modern offices.

Pay rate: £15.00 per hour plus holiday pay
Hours: 08:30 to 18:00 (can be morning, afternoon or all day shifts)

About The Role
As a Temporary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, playing a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering the phone and directing calls to the appropriate team members
- Welcoming guests and assisting with their needs
- Setting up meetings and ensuring refreshments are provided
- Making coffee and tea for guests, including our CEO
- Keeping track of the stationery cupboard and maintaining supplies
- Booking DHL shipments and managing office post
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory
