Job description

Working Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30 with car parking available on site, this well respected charity are looking for temporary cover for 3 months.

We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills who is competent with Microsoft office.

Your duties will be varied and will include:-

  • Dealing with visitors, contractors and staff in a pleasant and efficient manner and handling, dealing with and re-directing telephone calls and queries.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and receipt of deliveries.
  • To provide a confidential typing and administrative support service to the management team i.e. typing of notices, labels, general correspondence, reports, notes of meetings, mail-shots, filing etc.
  • Liaise with staff with regard to stationery requirements and co-ordinate ordering stock items and stock control.
  • Issuing of keys for maintenance/access by tradesmen.
