Temporary Receptionist opportunities available on an ad hoc basis.

Location: Tunbridge Wells / Tonbridge & Sevenoaks

Pay rates: up to £12.50 per hour

Are you looking for an ad hoc receptionist role? We have various hours available for temporary receptionists to join our clients in the Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, and Sevenoaks areas, covering holidays, absences, and sales events.

You do not need any previous office experience; therefore, if you come from a background in retail, hospitality, customer services, call centres, or are a recent school leaver/graduate, you are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Meeting and greeting all visitors
  2. Offering refreshments
  3. Answering all incoming calls professionally, transferring to relevant departments, or taking detailed messages
  4. Responding to emails
  5. Performing light admin duties
  6. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-stocked customer waiting area
