Overview

We have an immediate requirement available for a temporary Receptionist to support a busy and friendly team within a healthcare sector. This is a full-time role for an initial 3-week period, with the potential that it may be extended.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a busy telephone and transferring calls efficiently, and taking messages where appropriate
  • Greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  • Ensuring the reception area is always welcoming and tidy
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times, particularly in line with healthcare standards
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Have experience working in a receptionist or front-of-house role
  • Are confident communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Are able to manage a high volume of calls and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Have access to their own transport due to the location
  • Hold or are willing to obtain a DBS check
