Job Opportunity: Temporary Receptionist


Location: Perth


Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary


Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM


Assignment Length: Ongoing, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate


Rate of Pay: £12.50 per hour

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in the reception team, setting the tone for a welcoming and professional experience. Additionally, you will provide essential administrative support across the organisation, ensuring smooth customer service operations.



We are looking for confident and well-presented individuals with prior experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house role. If you are organised, personable, and ready to make a strong first impression, we would love to hear from you!



Key Responsibilities:



  • Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately

  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

  • Greeting visitors

  • Organising hospitality as needed

  • Providing VIP service to clients
