Are you a friendly, organised individual looking for an exciting opportunity in a bustling environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Temporary Full-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their organisation starting April 28th!


Key Details:

  • Position: Temporary Full-Time Receptionist
  • Contract Type: Temporary
  • Hourly Rate: £12.77 (paid weekly)
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with an hours unpaid lunch
  • Duration: 4 weeks (potentially longer)
  • Location: Newcastle City Centre (please note, no parking available)

What You'll Do:
As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour
  • Answering and directing phone calls efficiently
  • Managing appointments and scheduling meetings
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Supporting the building manager with general administrative tasks
