C&C Search is currently recruiting a Temporary Receptionist for a prestigious property estate in London. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in providing outstanding front-of-house service.

  • Position: Receptionist – Working as part of a team of two receptionists
  • Salary: Competitive
  • Hybrid set-up: Office-based, Monday to Friday.
  • Size of company: Established and highly respected, operating a portfolio of properties in one of London’s most sought-after locations.

Key responsibilities for this Receptionist position:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them efficiently to the appropriate team members
  • Maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms to a high standard, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Overseeing meeting room bookings, arranging refreshments, and assisting with AV setups
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and managing external deliveries
  • Assisting the residential lettings and property management teams with key bookings and tenant enquiries
  • Providing administrative support and assisting with office supplies and housekeeping coordination
