Temporary Receptionist

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to join our client’s friendly team based in Leek. This is a short-term role covering two weeks, ideal for someone with reception or administrative experience who enjoys working in a customer-facing position.
  • Dates: Monday 4th August – Friday 15th August
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Key Responsibilities of this Receptionist role:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, taking messages where necessary
  • Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document scanning
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to other departments as required
Skills and Experience Required for this Receptionist role:
  • Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
