In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, playing a vital part in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Role: Temporary Receptionist
Contract Length: 4 Weeks initially, may extend
Start Date: Monday 14th April
Pay: £12.60 per hour + Holiday Pay + Office Angels Benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday, 1pm - 6pm
Location: Ilkley - Free Parking Onsite
What You'll Do:
- Greeting visitors and clients with a smile
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
- Handling inquiries and providing information about our services
- Maintaining an organised reception area
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinating appointments and meetings
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred
