Job description
Overview

Are you looking to stay busy this Autumn and Winter with flexible, temporary work? We’re entering our busy season, and we’re looking for confident, personable individuals to provide cover for holidays, vacancies, and sickness across a range of high-profile clients.

Whether you have previous corporate reception experience or not, we welcome applicants with strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

What we’re looking for:

We need candidates who are warm, engaging, reliable, and ready to jump into a variety of roles at short notice. Flexibility is key, as shifts can vary. Most assignments run Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm, but we also have occasional evening and weekend shifts available too. Our out-of-hours service often handles same-day bookings starting from as early as 6:00am — perfect for early risers!

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including law firms, banks, media companies, and multi-tenanted corporate buildings, so an open and adaptable mindset is essential.

Key responsibilities
  • Welcoming and signing in visitors and clients
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
  • Booking and maintaining meeting rooms
  • Issuing visitor passes
  • Conducting floor walks to ensure communal areas are presentable
