Job description

Location: Burgess Hill

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am- 6:00pm | Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm | Sunday: 10:00am - 4:30pm

Hourly Rate: Up to £12.50 per hour (dependent on age)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Welcome and greet customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
  2. Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, tidy, and presentable
  3. Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments
  4. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing customer records
  5. Provide information to customers about services and products
  6. Support the sales team by coordinating customer visits and follow-ups
  7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  8. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and efficient work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  7. Professional appearance and demeanour
