Job description

Overview:

Location: Central London

Hours: 9am-6pm

Model: Hybrid, 3 days in office

Pay Rate: £15

Contract: 1 month

Our client is seeking a Temporary Project Coordinator to provide support to two consultants during an exciting project! The role is based in a professional and friendly office in Central London. The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of client management and search execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with high-profile clients and candidates at a senior level, including arranging interviews and business development meetings.
  • Complex diary management and preparing travel arrangements.
  • Updating client and candidate information on company data bases focusing on accuracy.
  • Maintaining a busy inbox and responding to calls in prompt and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of business development materials for client pictures.
  • Preparing client and candidate reports that align with the company standards.
  • Tracking consultant expenses and documenting them for the finance department.
