Job Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an immediately available Executive Administrator. You will join the London Team of a global investor of independent groups, working on human rights, justice, and democratic governance. This six-month role involves providing senior executive support to two Senior Directors, based in London and Berlin. The position is based in our fabulous London offices.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, travel logistics, note-taking, and expense reports;
  • Manage calendars, handle calls/emails, and respond to public inquiries;
  • Coordinate logistics for events and meetings, liaising with vendors, consultants, and internal teams;
  • Review and process grants;
  • Conduct online research and gather additional information as needed;
  • Manage the contact database and assist with team projects;
  • Maintain and organize the internal knowledge management system.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in executive administration within large, complex, preferably international organizations;
  • Ability to maintain processes, systems, and workflows effectively;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing procedures and priorities;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive;
  • Ability to stay composed under stress;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity;
