Temporary Personal Assistant to Director - Ref: RT01025

£26,409 - £30,060 per annum


12 month temporary post - to cover maternity


We are seeking to offer a temporary opportunity for a highly organised Personal Assistant to support our team of Directors. You will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our organisation, providing comprehensive and professional support.


This role requires a proactive and versatile individual who can demonstrate attention to detail, time management, and adaptability skills. The successful candidate will also need to be resourceful and analytical, with the ability to work under deadline pressures and carry out research into various matters.


You must be able to:
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Work with minimal supervision and effectively prioritise workloads
  • Handle confidential matters appropriately
