A loving family in Brentwood, Essex is seeking a Temporary Nanny to care for their delightful little boy, aged 1 year and 6 months. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced and nurturing nanny who enjoys supporting little ones through their early milestones.

The Role

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Brentwood, Essex
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday | 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: £17 to £18 gross per hour

The family is looking for a gentle, patient, and engaging nanny who can create a fun, stimulating, and safe environment. Someone who understands the importance of early childhood development, enjoys interactive play, and has a natural ability to provide reassurance and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive and loving care tailored to the child's routine and development
• Planning engaging activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and learning
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
• Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
• Supporting the child's daily routine, including naps and outdoor play
• Light nursery duties (tidying up toys, laundry related to the child)

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced with toddlers, with a genuine passion for childcare
• Creative and able to plan age-appropriate activities
• Warm, kind-hearted, and patient
• Enjoys outdoor play and exploration
• Knowledge of healthy meal preparation for young children
• Paediatric first Aid trained and DBS checked (or willing to obtain)
• Self Employed Nanny
