Job Description
- Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the iAM Compliant Helpdesk and Compliance System.
- Assist in completing on-boarding tasks within the iAM Compliant system, including:
Building users forms
Contractors information
Staff users information
Training
- Uploading service sheets and maintenance documentation where applicable into iAM Compliant.
- Help ensure compliance records are accurate and up to date.
- Manage and monitor facilities resources and stock levels.
- Organise and order supplies in line with financial regulations.
- Liaise with contractors to:
- Request and obtain quotes for works.
- Raise purchase orders upon request.
- Schedule and coordinate works at times that minimise disruption to school operations.
- Any ad hoc duties that may be required within the remit of the role.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Good communication skills and confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital systems and databases (training on iAM Compliant will be provided).
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Basic understanding of facilities or compliance processes.
