Job Description

  1. Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the iAM Compliant Helpdesk and Compliance System.
  2. Assist in completing on-boarding tasks within the iAM Compliant system, including:


Building users forms

Contractors information

Staff users information

Training
  1. Uploading service sheets and maintenance documentation where applicable into iAM Compliant.
  2. Help ensure compliance records are accurate and up to date.
  1. Manage and monitor facilities resources and stock levels.
  2. Organise and order supplies in line with financial regulations.
  3. Liaise with contractors to:
    1. Request and obtain quotes for works.
    2. Raise purchase orders upon request.
    3. Schedule and coordinate works at times that minimise disruption to school operations.
  1. Any ad hoc duties that may be required within the remit of the role.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Good communication skills and confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with digital systems and databases (training on iAM Compliant will be provided).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
  • Basic understanding of facilities or compliance processes.
