A reputable organization seeks a part-time clerical administrator for a temporary role lasting up to 6 months. The successful candidate will assist in various office tasks, including financial reports, data management, and responding to inquiries. Ideal applicants will have relevant qualifications and experience in administrative functions.

Salary: £23,783 - £24,890 per year pro rata

You will be responsible as part of a team for clerical office practices and procedures.
4 National 5s or equivalent, including English and numeracy subjects.
Before confirming appointment, you will be required to obtain a Level 1 Disclosure from Disclosure Scotland.
Assist with: bank account reconciliation, transaction monitoring, fund movement, and report preparation.
Assist with: financial analysis, input/output, and report preparation. Assist with: complaints system processing and responses.
Assist with: use of Oracle for processing invoices and raising debtor accounts through Ash.
Assist with: quarterly VAT return completion for HMRC.
Assist with: recruitment and payroll processes. Check and record incident report forms.
Assist with: research for management to prepare reports, procedures, and policies.
Assist with: development and maintenance of systems and procedures for Freedom of Information, data protection, and insurance claims, including compliance, inquiry responses, and training.
Assist with: inventory record maintenance.
Assist with: development and maintenance of financial and documentation systems and procedures.
Assist with: development and maintenance of concession scheme records and databases, PRS and PPL returns.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Self-motivated with good communication skills for dealing with staff and public inquiries.
Flexible approach to work priorities.
Experience in clerical roles involving documentation processing.
Financial and administrative experience in data gathering and analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially word processing and spreadsheets.
Ability to present issues clearly and multitask effectively.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
