Contract Type: Part-Time 16.5hr - Temporary for up to 1 year Closing Date: 8th June Interview Date: Monday 23rd June 2025 You will be responsible as part of a team for Clerical/Reception Office practice and procedures.
Requirements
4 National 5s or equivalent - including English Before confirming appointment you will be required to obtain Basic Disclosure from Disclosure Scotland
Responsibilities
Accept bookings for facilities, courses and events both current and advanced using a computerised system, receipting and cash handling To strictly adhere to financial guidelines in relation to cash handling, cash receipts and recording Maintain and update various databases Processing of Data, Financial and Non Financial information (input retrieval and interrogation) Use of ASH to raise invoices and Oracle ERP to pay invoices/ order items To ensure correct completion and processing of all relevant forms, both manual and computerised Processing memberships Undertake word processing of letters, memos, reports etc. Sickness reports Filing, photocopying Other administrative duties
