Temporary Paralegal Team Coordinator

Our fantastic international law firm client is looking to hire new Temporary Paralegal Team Coordinator to help organise workflow including document reviews and litigation matters.

  • Generous hourly rate & holiday pay
  • Central Birmingham Location
  • 9:30am to 5:30pm
  • Hybrid working 3 days in the office

Temporary Paralegal Team Coordinator Duties

  • Work closely with the Senior Legal Project Manager to support the efficient management of the class action litigation group of matters.
  • Liaise between legal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Attend regular meetings with legal team members to review project status and take notes.

Temporary Paralegal Team Coordinator Skills

  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Understanding of legal processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
