Temporary Organisational Development (OD) Partner

Location: Joint Training Centre, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3SU, Agile working arrangements can be discussed with the successful candidate.

Vacancy Type: Fixed Term contract for 12 months in line with funding.

Were looking for a passionate and experienced OD Partner to join our team, dedicated to enhancing how we support and develop our people. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, youll bring a strategic approach to OD, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our workforce and respond effectively to both local and national challenges. Your expertise will be central to promoting a holistic people, processes, and systems approach that supports leadership development and cultural transformation across our organisation.

In this role, youll work on themes such as values and behaviours, talent and performance management, leadership development, and workforce planning. This role's focus will be to implement improvements to existing internal processes, based on independent review and national direction.

Were particularly interested in hearing from applicants with experience leading OD and/or HR projects such as talent management, promotion, and selection processes.

There will be a requirement for some travel for which a pool car will be provided.

The normal working week is 37 hours however you may occasionally need to work beyond normal office hours.
