Job description

The Role.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support business activities, directors, and managers in ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing communications, record-keeping, and providing essential support to engineers on-site. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining company documentation, assisting with pre-tender documentation, booking travel, and supporting the Finance Director with invoicing. This is a temporary role where you will be working for 9-12 months as maternity cover. You must have a full UK licence to get to the working address.

What We're Looking For.

We are seeking someone with proven office administration experience and strong organisational skills. You should have intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Word, excellent communication abilities, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
