Job summary

DCS Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Temporary Supervisor / Site Manager for works in Southampton, with a minimum six-week assignment and flexible day/night shifts.

The role requires CSCS/SSSTS Gold or SMSTS Black, a fit-for-work medical and Highways Passport, and the ability to manage a small site team, complete site records on the REFLOW platform, and liaise daily with the client in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven site supervision or management experience.
• CSCS/SSSTS Gold or CSCS/SMSTS Black card.
• Fit-for-work medical certificate and Highways Passport.
• Proof of right to work in the UK; references.
• Experience with REFLOW platform and completing site records.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small site workforce and meet deadlines.
• Brief workforce at start of each shift and monitor throughout.
• Complete daily diaries, shift assessments, vehicle check sheets, and HAVS forms via REFLOW.
• Liaise with client daily and attend early meetings.
• Report daily to site contacts.
