Temporary Office Administrator

Pertemps are currently seeking a confident and proactive Temporary Office Administrator to support our client in the ST1 area of Stoke-on-Trent. This is an immediate start, lasting between 2 to 4 weeks, ideal for someone with a professional telephone manner and strong computer skills.

Duties of this Office Administrator role include:

  • Making outbound calls to clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handling incoming calls and queries
  • Updating and maintaining client records and databases
  • Providing general administrative support to the office team
  • Managing emails and correspondence
  • Supporting with document creation and basic data entry
Skills and experience required for this Office Administrator role:

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Confident speaking with clients over the phone
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous office/admin experience preferred

  • Hourly rate of pay: £12.50

  • Monday to Friday – Office Hours

  • Location: Stoke-on-Trent

  • Duration: 2- 4 weeks
