We’re looking for enthusiastic Temporary New Homes Sales Advisers to join our team here at Maitland Selwyn, supporting a range of new homes developers across Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas.

About the Role:
As a New Homes Sales Adviser, you’ll be the welcoming face of the development, guiding potential buyers through their home-buying journey. You’ll provide outstanding customer service, showcase show homes, and help create a positive first impression for the brand.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register visitors, qualifying their needs

  • Provide information about the development, available plots, and buying options

  • Maintain the show home and sales area to a high standard

  • Support the full customer journey from enquiry to reservation

  • Liaise with head office and site teams to ensure smooth communication

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in new homes sales is essential

  • Smart, professional, and approachable manner

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexible and reliable, with your own transport

  • Available to work weekends
