Job Description

• Draft, edit, and proofread a wide range of marketing and communications materials, including news articles, website content, newsletters, event communications, and promotional copy.
• Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards through thorough quality checking and proofreading.
• Update, amend, and create marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Design and enhance professional presentations in PowerPoint, ensuring clarity, visual appeal, and brand consistency.
• Build, format, and distribute HTML email campaigns using email design platforms such as Stripo.
• Prepare, resize, and optimise images, graphics, and digital assets for use across web, email, presentation, and print channels.
• Support the development of promotional and event-related materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, digital graphics, and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring webpages remain accurate and up to date.
• Assist with creating and editing website pages using WordPress where required.
• Review and test content prior to publication, checking links, layouts, imagery, and overall functionality.
• Provide support across a variety of marketing and communications projects, responding flexibly to changing priorities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather content, imagery, and information required to deliver marketing activities.
• Maintain organised project documentation, image libraries, and digital marketing assets to support efficient campaign delivery.
