Our client is committed to providing exceptional living spaces for students, ensuring safety, comfort, and a welcoming environment. As Maintenance Operative, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a first-class service, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works across the property, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and decorating tasks.

*

Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring all issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

*

Support with health and safety compliance, conducting regular inspections and keeping accurate records.

*

Assist with the upkeep of communal areas, plant rooms, and building exteriors.

*

Work closely with the site team to ensure students have an excellent living experience.

About
You:

*

Experience in a maintenance or facilities role, ideally within residential, hospitality, or student accommodation settings.

*

Competent in a variety of maintenance skills, with the ability to work safely and to a high standard.

*

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.

*

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
