Temporary Legal PA

Elite US law firm is seeking a highly motivated Temporary Legal PA to provide exceptional secretarial support to three Partners and two Associates in its top-ranked Restructuring team.

  • £28 per hour
  • 09:30-17:30 working hours
  • Hybrid working (4 days office / Fridays remote)
  • Fantastic benefits including a free on-site gym

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate being a strong team player and who can commit to this role until the end of November 2025.

Temporary Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive proactive diary and email management for partners and fee earners
  • Travel arrangements and producing itineraries (flights/taxis etc)
  • Organising meetings
  • Opening new matters
  • Printing

Temporary Legal PA Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong current legal secretarial experience, gained in a top City law firm or corporate background
  • Restructuring experience (desired)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office
