We’re seeking a reliable and proactive Temporary Lab Assistant to support general lab operations at a specialist life sciences manufacturer. This is a hands-on support role ideal for someone looking for part-time, flexible work in a friendly and well-structured laboratory environment.

About The Role

You’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a busy lab by carrying out essential support tasks. These include cleaning, washing laboratory glassware, restocking materials, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the workspace. Some prior laboratory experience is essential to ensure safe and effective handling of materials and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and sterilising lab equipment and surfaces

Washing and preparing laboratory glassware and utensils

Supporting general housekeeping and lab organisation

Assisting with basic stock checks and material restocking

Following health & safety protocols at all times
