An exciting temporary opportunity is available for a proactive and experienced individual to join the vibrant retail environment of Bicester as a Keyholder, representing a variety of prestigious fashion, beauty, and accessories brands. This role offers a fantastic chance to work within luxury retail with an immediate start.

The Role:

• Greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm and providing excellent service.
• Driving sales by effectively upselling and cross-selling products.
• Sharing your product knowledge and offering valuable style advice to customers.
• Ensuring the store maintains an immaculate and inviting appearance.
• Supporting transactions at the cash desk and efficiently managing the wrapping area.
• Assisting with stockroom organization and the processing of deliveries.
• Responsibility for opening and closing the store according to established procedures.

About You:

• Previous retail experience is essential.
• A genuine interest in fashion, beauty, and/or accessories.
• A proven ability to engage with customers and achieve sales targets.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Flexible availability to start ASAP.
