Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to help students achieve their potential in ICT, Business Studies, and Computing.
  • Teach a range of courses including Computing, Digital, and IT for learners aged 14-19 and adults, from Level 1 to Level 5.
  • Maintain records of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • Ensure lessons are stimulating and cater to individual student needs.
  • Manage and develop teaching resources for ICT and Computing.
  • Monitor student progress, implement interventions for underachievement.
  • Develop and share course resources, maintaining links across the Trust.
Skills & Experience:
  • Right to Work & Enhanced DBS (Adult/Child) dated within the last 3 months or on the update service.
  • Minimum Level 2 literacy and numeracy.
  • Honours degree in Digital/Computing or equivalent.
  • UK-recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed) or equivalent.
  • Experience in delivering ICT/Computing subjects.
