Overview

Our client is seeking a Temporary Human Capital Manager for an 18-month contract, overseeing vital functions within the People Operations area. This role, based in Guernsey or Jersey, will focus on Systems, Reward, and Policy, delivering high-quality people solutions that align with the broader People Strategy and business objectives. Collaborating with various Human Capital teams and internal functions is integral to the role, as the successful candidate will lead initiatives that enhance the employee lifecycle and overall HR processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Compensation & Benefits initiatives.
  • Chair the Remuneration Sub Committee and support the reward strategy.
  • Lead the annual Compensation Review and manage ad hoc compensation changes.
  • Oversee Reporting and Analysis, including employee engagement surveys and related action plans.
  • Provide analytics for employee metrics and manage both internal and external reporting.
  • Develop and maintain HR lifecycle strategies, policies, and the Employment Manual.
  • Ensure integrity and compliance of HR data in alignment with data protection requirements.
