This temporary role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to important HR projects while gaining valuable experience in a hybrid work environment!

  • Contract Type: Temporary (3 months)
  • Location: Haringey, Central London (Hybrid)
  • Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Pay: £14 per hour

About the Role:
As a HR Coordinator, you will support the Head of People and Culture with a variety of administrative tasks and compliance projects. You'll engage with colleagues at all levels and handle a diverse range of responsibilities, all within a fully online HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct an audit of the HR system and create a report in spreadsheet format
  • Add new starters to the HR system and manage document organisation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to produce outstanding documents for filing
  • Perform staff surveys to keep employee profiles and emergency contacts up to date
  • Conduct DBS checks through our third-party provider
  • Roll out online health and safety and GDPR training, tracking uptake
  • Manage the HR recruitment inbox, ensuring documents are saved correctly for shortlisting

  • Promote a culture of respect and fairness in the workplace
  • Comply with the organisation's safeguarding policies and health and safety procedures
  • Ensure adherence to the Data Protection Act and GDPR regulations

General Duties:

  • Participate in internal and external meetings with key stakeholders
  • Attend relevant training sessions to enhance your skills
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality

Person Specification:

  • Qualifications: Good general standard of education; CIPD consideration is a plus
  • Knowledge: Strong methodical work ethic, understanding of confidentiality, and familiarity with online HR platforms (Bright HR preferred)
  • Experience:

- Administrative experience, particularly in audit activities
- Communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews
- Compliance in handling personal data
- Successfully completing projects from start to finish
