HR Assistant (Temporary Contract)
Location: Liverpool Street, London (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week)
Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience
Contract Length: Around 3 months - possibility to go perm

We are working with a leading law firm client of ours based near Liverpool Street, who are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join them on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full HR and recruitment administrative support to the London HR teamManage the HR inbox and respond to internal queriesSchedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managersDraft and send HR-related documentation (e., contracts, offer letters, references)Maintain and update HR spreadsheets, including salary and employee dataEnsure accurate data entry and record-keepingProactively offer administrative support wherever needed within the team

About You:

Essential: Previous experience using WorkdayHighly organised with excellent attention to detailProactive and able to hit the ground running with minimal supervisionConfident managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectivelyA strong team player with a positive, can-do attitudeExcellent communication skillsPrevious law firm experience requiredThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is immediately available and keen to make a real impact in a dynamic HR team at a leading law firm.
