** Temporary HR Administrator – 3 to 6 Months Initially - West Drayton –

Hybrid – c£16.00 to £17.00 per hour + Holiday Pay **

This organisation, operating within the Environmental Services sector, is going through a particularly busy period and is seeking an enthusiastic temporary HR Administrator to step in and make a difference. About the Job:
This is a varied and hands-on role that offers the chance to dive into all things HR—perfect for someone who enjoys staying organised, working at pace, and being a trusted support across multiple HR processes. From recruitment coordination to data management, your contribution will be essential to keeping the department running smoothly.

Duties will include:

  • Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates for interview
  • Arranging interviews, liaising with candidates, keeping recruitment trackers up to date
  • Attending interviews and meetings to take clear and professional notes
  • Preparing HR documentation including offer letters and onboarding materials
  • Supporting the onboarding journey for new joiners
  • Carrying out right-to-work and reference checks
  • Assisting with day-to-day HR processes - probation reviews, contract amendments etc
  • Keeping employee records and training logs accurate and up to date
  • Gathering data, supporting audit/reporting needs and dealing with HR queries

About the Successful Applicant:
You’ll bring solid HR admin experience, particularly within recruitment coordination, and be confident juggling multiple tasks with accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong grasp of Microsoft Office, and a high level of discretion are essential.
