A staffing agency seeks an HR / Payroll Administrator for a temporary assignment near Norwich. You will manage payroll data uploads, produce employment letters, and support both HR and recruitment teams. Ideal candidates will have HR experience, strong administrative skills, and immediate availability.

I would love to hear from any HR / Payroll Administrators who would be available to undertake an temporary assignment based on the outskirts of Norwich.

Working as part of an HR services team, this role will play a key part in supporting the HR, recruitment and payroll service across the business.

  • Upload information on to the HR / Payroll System
  • Produce letters relating to changes in terms of employment
  • Managing the HR inbox and answering queries where required
  • Supporting the HR team with note taking in meetings, producing letters and any documentation required
  • Providing support to the recruitment team when required
