Overview

We are looking for someone to assist with the data migration of our HR files. Your main task will be to review, collate and prepare employee records ready for digital storage as part of our file attachment project. You will play a key role in assisting with the data migration of our HR files, helping us transition from paper-based records to a fully digital system. Your main responsibilities will include reviewing, collating, and preparing employee records for upload as part of our file attachment project. Accuracy and confidentiality are essential, as you will be working with sensitive employee information.

Responsibilities
  • Review, collate and prepare employee records for upload as part of the file attachment project.
  • Assist with other general HR administrative tasks to support the HR Operations team.
Qualifications
  • Experience of working in HR or an administrative environment, or a good understanding of HR processes.
  • Strong IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office; ability to work accurately and efficiently across multiple digital platforms.
  • Keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
