Job summary

Vets Now is seeking a temporary Christmas and New Year Vet Receptionist to support our busy out-of-hours clinics. The role focuses on phone triage, client communication, and coordinating emergency consultations during four shifts.

You will work with our nursing team in a fast-paced emergency setting, staying calm under pressure, showing empathy to distressed clients, and ensuring smooth admissions and discharges.

Qualifications

• Answering calls and guiding clients to appropriate services.
• Clear communication with nursing team and clients.
• Ability to prioritise and multitask in a busy out-of-hours clinic.
• Commitment to reliable attendance on four Christmas / New Year shifts.
