Job summary

Vets Now is seeking committed Receptionists to support our 24/7 emergency clinics across the Christmas period. You will handle calls, arrange emergency consultations, and help track admissions and discharges.

Your role includes clear, empathetic communication with clients and the nursing team, especially when clients are distressed. These shifts over Christmas and New Year offer an opportunity to earn additional income while working in a busy emergency vet clinic that serves clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high volumes of calls with empathy and clarity.
• Excellent customer service and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
