Job Description:

Minimum Weekly Contracted hours of 12, with a variety of shifts available. Fixed Term Contracts running up to September.

Guest Experience and Operations Associates, with an unforgettable personality, a forever smile, and a passion to serve our guests are the focal point to building our brand and providing best in class customer service. This role involves providing an exceptional experience for our guests in various positions such as character, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising. There is also an opportunity to work within the Operations team. We value unique personalities, just as our M&M brand is founded on our characters. This role is unique as it directly interacts with customers daily.

What are we looking for?

Store Operations:

• Adhere to all operating procedures
• Maintain presentation standards for a well-organized, clean, and safe store environment
• Replenish the shop floor as needed
• Reduce waste across all areas
• Ensure compliance with food and local regulations and audits
• Support warehouse deliveries and ensure timely replenishment
• Assist with inventory control through cycle counts
• Achieve daily candy and product goals
• Support candy operations to prevent sales disruption

Guest Experience:

• Prioritize guest experience with a fun and inclusive attitude
• Remain confident during busy periods and unexpected events
• Engage with guests proactively
• Balance serving guests and operational tasks
• Demonstrate product knowledge and make recommendations

Peer Relationships:

• Create a fun, inclusive environment where team members feel authentic
• Support leadership and provide feedback
• Mentor new and existing associates
• Exemplify company principles

M&M'S Brand Ambassador & Product Knowledge:

• Represent the brand and store products positively
