Job Title: Temporary Groundworks Labourer

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Overview:

We are currently seeking a Temporary Groundworks Labourer to join our Facilities Technical Team to support a focused pothole repair.

Working alongside a trained and experienced technician, the successful candidate will play an essential role in delivering fast, effective, and high-quality concrete surface repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of pothole and surface repairs across site roadways and concrete areas
  • Help maintain and clean tools and materials used during repair work
  • Follow direction from technical team members and work collaboratively to meet daily repair targets (up to 5 potholes per day)
  • Maintain clear and safe working areas during and after repair tasks
  • Report progress and observations regularly to the Team Lead/Site Supervisor
  • Previous experience in groundworks, concrete repair, or general labouring
  • Awareness of health and safety practices on active worksites
  • Able to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently as part of a small team
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive in approach
  • Experience with concrete repair materials and techniques
  • Previous work on industrial or infrastructure sites
  • Forklift awareness (not essential, but advantageous)
