Temporary Groundworks Labourer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Temporary Groundworks Labourer to support a focused pothole repair within our Facilities Technical Team. The candidate will work alongside experienced technicians to deliver high-quality concrete surface repairs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and executing pothole and surface repairs on site
• Maintain and clean tools and materials used during repairs
• Follow instructions from technical team members to meet daily targets (up to 5 potholes per day)
• Keep working areas safe and clean during and after repair tasks
• Report progress and observations to the Team Lead/Site Supervisor
• Previous experience in groundworks, concrete repair, or general labouring is preferred
• Knowledge of health and safety practices on active worksites
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a team
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive
• Experience with concrete repair materials and techniques
• Previous work on industrial or infrastructure sites
• Forklift awareness is advantageous but not essential
